Looking at the other reviews I must have met the infamous Paul at this dealership this weekend. After travelling nearly an hour to see 2 Ford Focus that were advertised online after we had already called ahead to confirm they were there we were met with a very sarcastic and rude salesman. Asking to test drive one of the cars was my biggest down fall... He looked at me with very judgmental eyes and said Not really, I dont want to get the car dirty How does this place sell cars with that kind of attitude?? I needed a car ASAP due to losing a company car at the last minute and had the cash ready to purchase. Left a Autotrader review aswell but as I only gave a 1/5 review I very much doubt they will advertise. Never will be buying a car from this place ever!!!!
Went in to get my exhaust fixed, which they did a fine job on, it was cheap and they were friendly. However my softtop had been lowered when they went on a test drive for some reason and not put up properly, you have got to do it the exact right way or the seals don't line up and it jams the mechanism. Only just tried to relower my roof and the motor seems pretty burnt out and won't lower past half way. Don't mess with bits you don't need to incase you break them!
