Needed battery replaced urgently and they did it while we waited even though they were already busy. They tested and checked it first and told me the price upfront before doing anything and finally left with the problem solved. Thanks guys! Well impressed.
Nice enough people, couldn't quantify the benefit of wheel alignment but wanted 80 quid for it, much cheaper elsewhere, they also forgot to put the metal caps on the air valves for which I prepaid.

Usual Kwik Fit experience, went in for tracking, they tracked it with the steering wheel off centre so had to go back and get it redone. Kept telling me my car had a split rubber gaiter that had mysteriously healed itself by its MOT. I don't know why I expected anything better this time around.
Wait times were what we expected but they did a good job, the staff were incredibly polite and very helpful. Waiting room is warm with drinks provided. Take a book though!
